Here’s the reality: too many teams are only training skills or strength—and skipping the movement foundation that makes players durable, athletic, and consistent on the field.

That’s why we built the Baseball Flows Team Implementation Plan—a proven system to integrate athletic flows into practice, the weight room, and player development.

Here’s how it works 👇

1. On-Field Practice Integration

✅ Warm-Up Flows (Daily, 8–10 min)
Movement prep, mobility, coordination, and activation. Players start practice primed while reducing injury risk.

✅ Athletic Throws (2–3x/week)
Competitive throwing drills that build sequencing, efficiency, and safe velocity gains.

✅ Infield Flows (1–2x/week)
Position-specific defensive progressions. Quicker reactions, smoother transitions, cleaner throws.

2. Weight Room Integration

✅ Month 1–2: Fundamental Flows
Mobility, stability, and control—before loading.

✅ Progression: Kettlebell + Aqua Bag Flows
Strength + rotational control + variable resistance = power that translates directly to hitting, throwing, and running.

3. Pitchers & Hitters Integration

✅ Aqua Bag Flows + Athletic Throws
Reinforces the global sequencing pattern (hips → torso → arm → bat/ball).
Result: More velocity, more bat speed, fewer injuries.

4. Player Development Tracking

✅ Level 1 Global Movement Screening
Baseline and mid-season testing. Objective data on mobility, coordination, sequencing. Coaches get clear insights to guide player development.

Weekly Flow Structure Example

  • Daily → Warm-Up Flows (10 min)

  • 2–3x/week → Athletic Throws

  • 1–2x/week → Infield Flows (position players)

  • Weight Room → Fundamentals → Progress to Kettlebell & Aqua Bag Flows

  • Pitchers/Hitters → Aqua Bag + Athletic Throws weekly

  • Screening → Start + mid-season
